  3. Wait for Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 3 business days. We’ll consider all the details of your order and the reasons for your refund request.

  4. Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we’ll initiate the refund process immediately. Depending on your original payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note that refunds are granted at the discretion of FeedbackSOS. We typically approve refund requests in the following situations:

  • If we fail to deliver the service within the promised timeframe.
